From Dallas (downtown/east Dallas): Head west on TX-114 W through Las Colinas and Irving. The lake appears on your left as you pass through Grapevine — about 25–30 minutes in normal traffic.

From Fort Worth: Take I-30 E or TX-121 N toward Grapevine. Most routes put you at the lake in 25–35 minutes depending on your starting point in Fort Worth.

From Southlake, Keller, or Colleyville: You're practically on the water already — most of these communities are within 10–15 minutes of the lake's southern shore.

From Flower Mound or Lewisville: Take FM 2499 south or FM 1171 toward the lake — you'll reach the north shore at Twin Coves in 10–15 minutes from most of Flower Mound.

From Frisco or Plano: Head southwest on TX-121 or I-635 toward Grapevine — about 30–40 minutes.

How far is Lake Grapevine from Dallas or Fort Worth?
About 25–30 minutes from downtown Dallas via TX-114 W, and 25–35 minutes from central Fort Worth. From suburbs like Southlake, Keller, Flower Mound, and Grapevine itself, you're 10–20 minutes from the water. Where do we meet the captain?
We primarily launch from the Oak Grove Park and Silver Lake Marina area on the lake's south shore. When you book, we'll confirm the exact meet-up point and send you directions with parking details.

How many people can come?
Up to 8 guests depending on which boat you select. Tell us your group size when you book and we'll match you to the right boat.

Can we anchor and swim in the lake?
Yes — cove and swimming stops are a highlight of a Grapevine charter. We'll anchor in a protected area, inflate the floating island, and let your group spend time in the water. Rockledge bluffs area and Twin Coves are popular spots depending on the time of year and conditions.

What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations at least one week in advance. 50% refund for cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Full refund if your captain determines weather conditions are unsafe on the day of your charter.

Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes — we're fully BYOB-friendly. Pack a cooler with whatever your group wants for the day. Please bring cans or plastic only — no glass on the boat.
